Around 80% of the women prefer ready to move flats
According to a survey of 9,000 women conducted by unicorn company NoBroker, about 70% of women prefer to invest in real estate, mostly residential properties . Proptech NoBroker raised USD 210 million from investors in November of last year, valued at USD 1 billion. It covers all aspects of real estate property management, including renting, purchasing, home services, financial services, and society management. According to NoBroker, women prefer to invest in the property above gold, SIPs/stocks, and high-end fashion. In Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, and Pune, the survey was performed. Around 94 percent of respondents wanted to invest in residential homes, while only 6% wanted to invest in commercial buildings.
